The weekend
Friday evening
We look forward to welcome you all with a party evening which will take place at the Moxy Hotel at Luxembourg airport.
Saturday morning
The official part of the MTM will take place on Saturday morning at the Kinepolis Cinema in Kirchberg.

Want to spice up your weekend and learn more about Luxembourg city? Register to a touristic event of your choice we have specially organized for you!

We will finish off the weekend with a fabulous dinner and well-deserved party at “Come à la maison”.

Information
We are looking forward to kick off the weekend together with a welcome party at a special location overlooking the runway of Luxembourg Findel Airport!
The welcome party will take place at the Moxy Hotel Luxembourg Airport. For our traveling guests, we made sure to have a favourable rate to stay for the weekend at the same location, but it is also conveniently located next to the tram stop (in Luxembourg the public transportation is for free!) in case you prefer to stay at a different accommodation.

Parking is generously provided by LuxAirport, you are free to stay for just the Friday evening or the whole weekend at all available parkings except the Kiss&Fly. Just enter the parking and exchange your parking ticket with a voucher from Catherine Bohnenberger LC5.

Saturday morning
Information
The Kinepolis Cinema in Luxembourg Kirchberg will serve as the vibrant setting for our official meeting on Saturday morning. Known for its modern design and spacious layout, Kinepolis provides an ideal environment for gathering, networking, and productive discussion.
Conveniently situated close to Luxembourg’s city centre, the venue is easily accessible by public transport and offers ample parking options for those arriving by car in the Auchan building next door. It is also located only three tram stops from the Moxy Hotel, making it particularly practical for participants staying overnight.
Afterwards there will be a lunch (included in your weekend package) at restaurant The Game, located in the same building.

Timing: Opening of the registrations start at 8.30, the meeting starts at 9.00. Lunch from 12.30 – 14.00.
Saturday afternoon
We are excited to offer you a unique opportunity to explore Luxembourg like never before.
There will be two exciting tours : One above ground to see the city highlights, and one below the ground to discover Luxembourg’s fascinating fortifications.
Get ready for an unforgettable experience discovering Luxembourg — from its charming streets to its legendary Casemates!

Information
We will finish off the weekend with a fabulous dinner and well-deserved party at “Come à la Maison”. Aperitifs will be served from 19.00 and dinner starts at 20.00. Wine, crémant, beer and soft drinks will be included in your ticket until 0.30.

Transportation from the Moxy hotel and parking Glacis will be taken care off. There ar two busses leaving from the Moxy hotel at 18.30, one of them makes a stop at bus parking Glacis at 18.45. Please be on time, the busses will not wait!
For the return, there will be three mini busses running from Come à la maison, via parking Glacis, to Moxy Hotel between 00:00 to 2:30 am (16 ppl per bus).
No registration needed – just hop on and enjoy the evening!

We have organized a special rate for you at the Moxy hotel. You can stay for EUR 100 per night in a single room and EUR 110 per night in a double room including breakfast.

About LC Luxembourg
Ladies Circle Luxembourg celebrated this year her 20th anniversary! With currently 4 active circles we have more than 50 ladies that work together on our “Friendship and Service” motto.
Ladies Circle 1 Luxembourg (LCL 1) was chartered on 2nd April 2005. With the support of LC Sweden, our international godmother, “friendship and service” has been the moving spirit. In April 2011, two more Circles were chartered – Ladies Circle 2 Aline de St-Hubert and Ladies Circle 3 Eisléck (LC3 is currently sleeping).
Ladies Circle 4 – International (English speaking) and Ladies Circle 5 – Osten have been chartered together on 11 March 2023 and complete the LCL family.

Q: What time is the registration desk open on Friday?
A: You can register yourself on Friday from 14.00 onwards at the Moxy Hotel.
Q: Where can I park at the Moxy Hotel/airport?
A: Parking is generously provided by LuxAirport, you are free to stay for just the Friday evening or the whole weekend at all available parkings except the Kiss&Fly. Just enter the parking and exchange your parking ticket with a voucher from Catherine Bohnenberger LC5.
Q: I arrive on Saturday, where do I register?
A: Please contact us by email on mtm2026luxembourg@gmail.com and depending on the time we will advise you where you can register.
Q: I would like to be home hosted during the weekend, is that an option?
A: We have very limited home hosting places available, please contact us by email on mtm2026luxembourg@gmail.com to see if we have places left.
Q: I would like to book a different hotel than the Moxy Hotel, is that possible?
A: Yes of course, we have negotiated a good deal with the Moxy Hotel and transportation on Saturday is organised from there, but you can always choose a different hotel.
Q: Until when can I register for the MTM weekend?
A: The registrations for the MTM weekend are closed.
Q: How can I pay in case I can’t use Stripe?
A: Please drop us an email on mtm2026luxembourg@gmail.com and we will send you our bank details to make the payment.
Q: Is it possible to book only for Friday evening?
A: Unfortunately not, the Friday evening is only available with a weekend package due to limited space. It is possible to book the meeting and lunch and the Saturday evening separate.
Q: I subscribed, but unfortunately I can’t make it anymore, what do I do?
A: Up until 30th November you can get a refund from your (pre) payment. After that date, the spot can be transferred to another person, as long as we are notified of the change no later than 10 days before the MTM. Please send us an email with the necessary information.
